Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases made through the 2ndStori online store, operated by ONN GROUP LLP.
Products and availability
Our products are handmade in small batches. Colour, finish and packaging may vary slightly from photographs. Please read each product description and ingredient information before ordering. Listed products are generally available to make; if we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. The total payable is displayed before you confirm payment. Singapore delivery is free, and we currently accept Singapore delivery addresses only. Payments are processed through Stripe for ONN GROUP LLP. We do not collect your full card number on this website.
Order confirmation
An order is placed when Stripe confirms successful payment. Please keep the payment confirmation and contact us promptly if you notice an error in your details. We may contact you using the email or phone number entered at checkout if we need to clarify your order.
Preparing and delivering orders
We normally prepare orders in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Singapore delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates. See our shipping policy for details.
Returns and problems with an order
All current products are consumables, so change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us. Our returns and exchanges policy explains the process. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available under Singapore law.
Custom and event orders
Wedding, corporate and other personalised orders begin with an enquiry. We will agree the details, pricing and timing separately before a custom order is placed.
