Every order is prepared with care, from the moment it is made to the moment it arrives at your door.
Where we deliver
We currently accept online orders for delivery within Singapore only.
Delivery fee
Singapore delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Preparing your order
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Products are handmade in small batches, so we will contact you if an item needs extra time.
Delivery estimate
Singapore delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates; courier delays may occasionally affect the arrival date.
Tracking and delivery details
We will send dispatch or tracking details to the email entered at checkout when available. Please check your address and phone number before paying. If you spot an error, email hello2ndstori@gmail.com as soon as possible; we cannot reroute a parcel after dispatch.
