Are your products handmade?+
Yes. 2ndStori products are handmade in small batches in Singapore.
Do you offer free delivery?+
Yes. Delivery is free for orders shipped within Singapore. We currently accept Singapore delivery addresses only.
When will my order arrive?+
We prepare orders in 1–2 business days. Singapore delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
How do I track my order?+
You will receive tracking details by email after your order has shipped.
Can I order party favours or custom gifts?+
Yes. 2ndStori creates gifts for weddings, engagements, corporate events, birthdays, baby showers and more. Email hello2ndstori@gmail.com with the event date, quantity and your ideas.
Is there a minimum quantity for custom favours?+
Minimums vary by product type. Contact 2ndStori to find a solution for your event and budget.
How do I use wax melts?+
Break off one or two cubes and place them in an electric wax warmer. Follow the warmer's instructions, keep it out of reach of children and pets, and never leave it unattended.
