2ndStori is operated by ONN GROUP LLP. This page explains how we use information when you browse the store or place an order.
Information we collect
When you order, we receive your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, order amount and payment status. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share. Our website and hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and access logs.
Payment information
Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes your payment details and may use information for payment security and fraud prevention. We receive payment references and status, but not your full card number. Please also review Stripe’s privacy policy.
How we use information
We use this information to process and deliver orders, answer questions, resolve issues, maintain the security of the store and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not use your order details for marketing emails without a separate permission.
Who receives information
We share information only where needed with service providers such as Stripe for payments, Vercel for website hosting, and delivery or email providers involved in fulfilling and communicating about your order. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside Singapore; we handle such transfers in line with applicable data protection requirements.
Cart and site technology
Your bag is saved in this browser’s local storage so it is still there if you leave and return. You can clear it using your browser’s site-data controls. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology on its checkout page.
Keeping information
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or for applicable legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it when appropriate.
Your choices and questions
