At 2ndStori, we want you to love your purchase. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No returns accepted for lip balms or candles due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Unused products (excluding lip balms and candles) may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello2ndStori@gmail.com within 5 days from date of order received to request return approval.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Ship returns using a trackable shipping service to the address we provide.
- We are not responsible for lost packages or items in transit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello2ndStori@gmail.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approved returns receive store credit only (no refunds issued).
- Store credit issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit code will be emailed to you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returnable . Sale items are non-returnable
