Lip balms & candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (even if unopened).
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via trackable shipping (registered post or courier). Keep your tracking number—we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Store credit is issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll receive a code via email that never expires.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Everything is handmade in small batches in Singapore.
Candles & Wax Melts: 100% natural plant based wax apricot, coconut-soy wax
Lip Balms: Candelilla wax (vegan), coconut oil, natural ingredients
No nasties: No paraffin, no petroleum, no harsh chemicals.
Our 10oz candles burn for approximately 50-60 hours with proper care.
Each cube lasts 8-12 hours. With 6 cubes per pack, that’s 48-72 hours total. You can reuse each cube 2-3 time
Break off 1-2 cubes, place in an electric wax warmer, and enjoy for 8-12 hours. Never use with tea lights or open flames.
Temperature Too High
Tea lights burn at 200-300°F (93-149°C)
Most wax melts are designed for 150-175°F (66-79°C) max
Result: Wax overheats and can ignite or smoke
Fire Hazard
Overheated fragrance oils can catch fire
If wax gets too hot, it becomes flammable
Open flame + overheated oils = serious fire risk

Yes! All our products are 100% vegan.
Wax melts are flameless and safer than candles. However, keep warmers out of reach of pets. If your pet is sensitive to scents, start with less product in a ventilated area.
